Disclaimer 

The parties are: 
1)The All-Island Research Observatory (AIRO) with its office at National Institute for Regional and Spatial Analysis, National University of Ireland, Maynooth, Co Kildare (“we” “our” “us”) 
2)The Licensee, the individual, user or organisation downloading or using the data and images contained within or accessed via this site (“you” “your”) 
The term is: 
This Agreement shall commence upon the Licensees use or downloading of the data and images contained within or accessed via this site, and shall continue for a period of 12 (twelve) months. 

Grant of licence: 
Under this Agreement we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the term of this Agreement to: 
1. Use data and images produced by AIRO and contained within this site solely for non-profit personal, research or educational use. 
2. If you want to reproduce data and images produced by AIRO in any form, or use it as a basis for your own publications, other than for non-profit personal use, you must obtain a copyright licence from relevant data agencies (OSI, OSNI, CSO, NISRA etc). 

Please contact AIRO Administration for guidance on this matter. 

You have no rights in the use of data and images produced by AIRO other than those expressly set out in this Agreement. In particular, this Agreement does not allow you to: 

1. Pass data and images produced by AIRO to any third party 
2. Sell, give away, trade, let or hire data and images produced by AIRO 
3. Use or display data and images produced by AIRO on the Internet or 
4. Use data and images produced by AIRO in any commercial activity or manner 

Obligations on you: 
1. You will ensure that you observe the restrictions on the use of data and images produced by AIRO set out in this Agreement 
2. You will ensure that you fully protect the intellectual property rights in the data and images produced by AIRO, and that you protect and do not interfere with our trade names and trade marks 
3. You will not use data and images produced by AIRO, or allow them to be used by others, in any manner which  might damage or reflect badly upon the reputation of the National University of Ireland, Maynooth. 

Expiry: 
1. This Agreement will expire twelve (12) months after you first download data and images produced by AIRO. 

Liability: 
1. It is your responsibility to ensure that data and images produced by AIRO are suitable for your intended purposes and we accept no liability as to the fitness of data and images produced by AIRO supplied in meeting your needs. 
2. We exclude to the fullest extent permissible by law all warranties, conditions or terms that may be implied by statute, statutory instrument, common law, custom or otherwise. 
3. We shall not be under any liability of any sort or liable for any damage, injury or loss whatsoever, whether in tort (including negligence) or otherwise, other than liability for breach of this Agreement. 
4. We shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages including damages or costs incurred as a result of loss of time, loss of savings, loss of data or loss of profits.
5. Breach of any of the conditions above by the licensee shall lead to the license being immediately withdrawn by the AIRO director.



Governing Law: 
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland
